Therapy Services for Everyone
Whether you are looking for individual work, didactic work, or family work; I would be happy to help! Please see details below for more information.
Due to my background in play therapy, I do utilize play-based therapy in my work with children and some teens, depending on preference of each client.

Individual therapy services are available for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Sessions last for 50 minutes, and I will work to collaborate with each client on their treatment goals. For children, this does also include collaboration with their parent/caregivers.
Individual work will look different from person to person. For the youngsters, we will be heavily play-oriented. As we get into teens, playful interventions may still be utilized and adjusted to meet the new life stage. Adolescents may a mix of play-based/expressive arts and/or talk therapy.
For adults, we shift more into talk based therapy but we can continue to use creative interventions if you would like! This can include sand tray and therapeutic art activities, if desired.

Parent-Child Care (PC-Care) was developed at UC Davis to support caregivers in managing child difficult behaviors (i.e. aggression, dawdling/stalling, disruptive behaviors, defiance, trauma/stressor-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation). The targeted child age for this curriculum is ages 1-10 years old.
In this seven week curriculum, designed for one caregiver/one child, Caregivers/Parents will learn helpful skills to help improve their relationship with their child, utilize natural strengths, and reduce challenging behaviors.
Please note, in addition to the seven PC-Care sessions, I do require one intake session to review treatment goals prior to starting the seven weeks of PC-Care.
PC-Care can be provided via telehealth if needed, too!

For families where the whole family system feels ready for therapy, family therapy services are available. Depending on the ages, family therapy can include a mix of play therapy, family systems interventions, and communication focused exercises.
