I offer individual therapy services for children, teens, and adults of all ages. Additionally, I am able to provide couples therapy and family therapy (changes in fees apply depending on number of people participating in the session). Additionally, I am certified to provide PC-Care services which fall under didactic service pricing.

If so, we will proceed to schedule your first session. Prior to starting, you will be asked to complete intake paperwork to help me know more about what brings you to therapy as well as ensure we thoroughly review informed consent.

Pricing depends on the number of people in session, as more people in the room impacts the dynamics. With that, session fees range from $165-$185 per session (please see “Rates & Good Faith Estimate” tab for more details).

Sessions generally last about 50 minutes.

I really enjoy collaborating with my clients, as I believe you are the expert on your life and experiences. I will work to get to know you and your preferences so that we can work together to find healthy coping skills that fit for you.

For my child clients, it’s much of the same but we will engage in a lot of play! Play is the way a child processes their experiences, and I love using play therapy in my interventions.

For in-person services, I have office availability Monday evenings and Saturdays late morning/early afternoon.

For telehealth services (if clinically appropriate), I have limited availability on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

At this time, I do not accept insurance and do not have a sliding scale. If requested, I am able to provide a superbill to clients upon request (please confirm reimbursement with your insurance company).
